Winning: Kill all Counter-Terrorists without allowing any hostages to be rescued.
Hostage Holding
Though you are a Terrorist, Hostages are a vital commodity. No one is going to meet your list of demands if all your captives are dead. For that reason, Terrorists are penalized for dead Hostages, just like Counter-Terrorists. You can't kill the Hostages, but you must kill all the CTs in order to win. The CTs main objective is the same such Hostages, so the best strategy is to get into the room with the captives before the CTs. Unfortunately, the Hostages are not marked on the radar. Should you get to the room before CT, stand behind the Hostages and fire on the door. The CTs (unless they are very stupid) will have to be careful when shooting you, because killing Hostages is a big no-no.
If you have some solid teammates, you should place two men in with the hostages and at the surrounding rooms so the moment the CTs appear, they can flank them and take them out easily.
Tips
* Use the Hostages as bait. Leave the room and hide out in surrounding rooms. When the CTs arrive, pop out and attack.
* Use Hostages as human shields. It's surprisingly effective.
* If the CTs get hold of the hostages, it's better to kill Hostages then let the CT rescue them. If it comes to it, toss a grenade into the pack.
